Question: Will the pool table fit my room?

Answer: Every pool table in the GRANDEUR Table Sports online store has dimensions included in the product descriptions. You can use these dimensions to measure the space you'd like your pool table to be. You also need to consider space to play. Having at least 4 feet (approx. 122cm) of unobstructed cueing space around the four sides of the pool table is an easy to follow recommendation to ensure enjoyable playing. The more unobstructed space around the pool table, the better. The example image below gives you a visual guide on the recommended amount of space you need around your pool table to play comfortably, depending on the dimensions of it.

 

Question: How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Answer: Once your order has been placed, assuming lead times from our suppliers are typical, we will confirm your order and it will be manufactured for delivery to take place within 4 - 8 weeks. Question: How do I know an item is in stock?

Answer: We always do our best to regularly update stock levels of all products on the site. As most of the pool tables on the GRANDEUR Table Sports store are made to order, we will contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available to be produced for delivery. If you'd like to find out availability of a specific item before ordering, then you can contact us with any questions you have and we'll get back to you.

 

Question: What accessories come with the pool table I order? 

Answer: All of the pool tables on the GRANDEUR Table Sports store come with a free accessories pack that includes everything you need to start playing straight away after your pool table is delivered and installed. You can find accessory pack details by selecting the 'Free accessories included' tab on a pool table product page.

 

Question: What is your returns policy?

Answer: Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item.
